The location was convenient, just a short stroll from the train station and surrounded by plenty of eateries. The staff were very helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite the smallish room, there was enough space for two people and their luggage.

This hotel is the perfect location for those who want to explore the Ueno area. It's very close to the shopping street of Ueno, yet quiet and away from busy alleys. The hotel is also conveniently located near Ueno station, making getting around Tokyo a breeze. The rooms are well-appointed with great facilities and amenities, such as a comfortable king size bed for 3 suitcases, and a large bathroom.

We had a fantastic stay in this area of the city. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring all the main attractions, especially with its close proximity to the Ueno and Keisei train stations. The hotel staff were helpful and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. the hotel's convenient parking lot was a great bonus for us.
For us, this hotel was ideal and we had no negative experiences.

Convenient location near Ueno Park and Ueno station. Small butvery comfy and tidy rooms. Free wifi with good service. Coin-operated laundry available. Lots of breakfast options nearby. Lovely cherry blossom in Ueno Park.

The location of this hotel is extremely convenient, with easy access to main transport links and just a short walk to Ueno train station. Guests can quickly reach Ueno station for express trains bound to Narita Airport. The rooms offer a decent size and the bathrooms are spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.
The noise from the nearby freeway may disturb light sleepers.

Great location, near Ueno Train Station and Metro entrance. Convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Kitchenware Street and Ueno Park. English-speaking staff, especially the older gentleman, were helpful and accommodating. Excellent cleanliness throughout. Room had a comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, and tea/coffee facilities.
